I've been using it for a while now. I started off with using only 0.5 ml and now I use 1 ml in my water. I will slowly work my way up to 2 ml. The dropper does have measurements on the side, but the chlorophyll is so dark that you can't see it. It gives my water a slightly minty, plant taste, but it actually tastes good and refreshing. I can say that I've experienced: • Increased energy • After exercising, having hot flashes, or doing anything strenuous, my sweat or body parts doesn't smell bad. It kind of smells slightly sweet. I haven't had any body odor anywhere at all. • Breath smells better • Increased vaginal wetness • Feel less hungry at times. • Helps you feel better when you're getting a cold. • My skin has been looking slightly better as well. • More frequent bowel movements

It's my 3rd day using it and I already notice a difference! I don't smell like anything at all and I love it! I tried the pills for weeks and didn't notice anything so I'm impressed with these drops. I've been taking them every morning in a 16oz bottle of water. Taste isn't bad at all and not overly peppermintish. The 1st day, the water tasted a little thick, but it's doable.

I've been using Mary Ruth's Organic Chlorophyll Drops for a couple of weeks now after reading about all of the health benefits it offers and I'm genuinely impressed! The mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering—it gives my water a nice subtle taste that actually makes me want to drink more of it. The truth! Was able to see a difference in the first few days.

I prefer the vegan route, but not real sure what to think of these. I can taste the peppermint, unlike what a lot say otherwise. What I don't like is that they stain my tongue green, taste like the smell of fish tank algae, and I have to take a few droppers full to get the correct milligram serving I am after. I guess I thought the liquid version would hit my system more quickly and that was attractive to me. I noticed my urine smelled strongly of the chlorophyll which bothered me because the supplements I used before, there was never any smell at all. I will finish out the bottle since I paid for it, but I think I will be going back to Body Mint. With the Body Mint pills, they don't have much flavor, they don't stain your tongue, it's one tablet twice a day, and they don't make me smell like I am peeing out algae. My urine doesn't have any smell at all on Body Mint. But for chlorophyll in general, there were times I was rushing around due to a hectic schedule and hopped out of the shower, got dressed, dried my super long hair and out the door and down the road before I realized I forgot to put deodorant on and it is 114 degrees in Texas weather. Yet.....I didn't smell. I sweat, sure, but my armpits didn't smell. This is a bit odd to mention, but I don't care....I eat mainly a vegan diet and since vegans get a lot of their protein from beans...that means lots of methane gas. Chlorophyll is sure to remove any and all smell from the methane gas that you pass. At least for me it did. No more worrying about knocking people dead with your vegan bean stench as they walk past you in a store and you just couldn't hold it in any longer.
