Bladder issue. Helps a fair amount. I've had no negitive side effects. A little expensive, easy to use.

Since starting this supplement I've been only getting up once nightly to use the bathroom instead of my usual 3+ times nightly. I now wake up feeling rested! The only drawback is that it can cause constipation. I tried using only one capsule instead of the recommended two capsules, but one capsule isn't enough to reduce frequency of urination for me.
