I love the french vanilla flavor, good for begineers, good protien quality and dissolves easily, great protien content, thick, might cause a lil bloating and indigestion, good energy and effective too.

Too costly. Good for digestive system. Good taste. But I am gaining muscle mass, why I don’t know.

As they told, the protein absorption is super good and as a beginner we can blindly try it. But also as a begginer it is not at all.budget friendly. If it is under 1800 or something we can buy, but the cost is so high. But quality is awesome.

Feel less effective, taste is also changed. Earlier I used whey protein chocolate, that was better than this.
