Has nearly every vitamin, and package came a lot sooner then expected. Pills aren’t that bad to swallow for there size, but definitely legit. Great for before or after workouts especially with food for digestion. I can feel an improvement in energy almost immediately both mind and body. 10/10 definitely recommend but I wouldn’t take more then 1 a day.As for negatives I noticed it can cause diarrhea and dehydration, another reason I would only take 1 a day

These are pretty beefy vitamins. Size and quality. The size are big but slim enough to be reasonable to get down your throat. The taste is a little medicinal but what do you expect of a vitamin? The effects are crazy, I took them consistently, then missed a week and my immune system was susceptible and I felt that twinge knowing some sort of cold was coming on. Immediately restarted my consistent intake of the vitamin and it really worked on turning around my immune system. I’m someone who gets sick relatively easy, so if I stand by something to help alleviate or prevent getting sick, then you know it really works. It really does help with your overall health it terms of mood etc.
