essential for exotic rope work
Although I tend to prefer ceramic scissors when splicing exotic rope, sometimes you need a solid ceramic knife to do the job. This is the best knife for the price. Good ergonomic hand fit, very sharp blade and has a good cover to protect the ceramic blade.

Extremely sharp
I bought this to use as a general kitchen knife, and it certainly does the job.Like all ceramic knives, don't apply lateral force to the blade (shouldn't really do that with any knife).Very, very sharp; makes slicing veggies effortless, and I used it to cut up a grilled steak as if it were a pat of butter.

Muy filoso
Tiene una hoja muy filosa. Una presentación muy bien lograda, liviano y por lo mismo muy frágil. Debe usarse con delicadeza ya que puede quebrarse fácilmente. Una bella pieza en mi colección
