These are pretty good gives you some energy, the ease of use for me wasn't easy cause I can't swallow horse pills, the taste is like any other swallowable vitamin there wasn't a taste. I didn't have any side affects like stomach discomfort or drowsiness or anything like that. Yea they are good value for the money it's better then paying the price at the local stores as well
