Dance, fitness team, dance!
I bought the blue BOSS Resistance band to replace the Shaun T T25 resistance band. Make sure you pay attention to the colors because they represent the weight level (just in case you didn't read the product description).Level 1 = Yellow 2-4 lbsLevel 2 = Green 6-8 lbsLevel 3 = Red 10-12 lbsLevel 4 = Blue 15-20 lbsLevel 5 = Black 25-30 lbsSo far the resistance band is working great. The biggest praise I have for this thing so far is that it doesn't pull my hairs as it brushes against my skin. If you've ever used one of these latex bands and had it grab at your hairs every time you move or stretch it out you know what I'm talking about. The product seems very well made and I expect it to hold up for a long while. And since I've written a review for this product I hope the Boss Fitness team is finding a place to publicly dance in my honor. :)

Great bang for the buck.
These are perfect bands for an exercise class, which is what I bought them for. Simple and reasonably priced. I've used them a couple times now and they work great. How long they'll last is always a question on bands, but only time will tell.

Length adjustment mechanism is less than effective.
This review is for the black grade tubing. Good quality and good price. Unfortunately, the mechanism for adjusting the cable length is less than effective. It amounts to pushing a plastic ball down into the handle's cable whole next to the cable. But it pops out easily and you lose your position. There needs to be a mechanism for doing this that is more stable.

Boss Fitness Green Resistance Band Looks and Feels Great
At half the price I paid at Dick's Sporting which was half the quality. However, its only been used a short time and I cannot predict how it will stand up with time and what the rating will be a year from now. I'm 6 foot 2 inches tall and 200 pounds and find the green tension quite adequate after 10 repetitions of the typical exercises our fitness class does.I don't recommend spending less than at least $10 for any resistance band. The cheap ones you find at the dollar stores. The Boss Fitness band is easily worth $20 to get the quality of materials necessary for the durability and performance as well as the safety necessary for a resistance band.

Well put together
I had gotten a set of cords from I don't even know where (maybe Walmart). I bought them and they sat around forever. I finally starting workout and used them. When I was doing an exercise, one of the sides popped out of the handle and I had to stop my workout. It was very frustrating. I bought these BOSS bands. They have a much more secure attachment of the band in to the handle. I am able to use them without them breaking and interfering with my workout. Well done, Boss!

cheaply made
handles are very narrow and slip off because they are not built attached, it not comfortable to use, the product is cheaply made, and was a waste of money. wish i would of saved my money and bought a better product.

It's much safer than dumbbells which might end up falling upon my toes one day
Someone's probably surprised when they are reading this; they must be going like, "How is it even possible to drop a dumbbell on your toes?" Oh, yes, it can happen all right... Say, you've worked out so long that the A/C no longer feels cold enough for you and yet, you're sweating all over, including your hands, of course... Yet, what happens to your palms and fingers at that time? They become SLIPPERY... Thus, one time a dumbbell did slip out of my hand and I was lucky enough that the 20-pound son of a gun missed my foot by a couple of inches...Thus, now, since I've got this resistance band, no matter how sweaty and slippery my hands might become, I'm no longer running a risk of dropping a dumbbell on my foot and yet, the resistance is quite a bit more effective than I experienced when I used dumbbells!
