UTILITY BENCH, 1 SIZE

I am very happy with this bench. Helps me with my upper body workout and makes crunches easy. I love it!

It is a good product, however If you have a small space this may not be the best option as it is properly built and heavy and most importantly not foldable (you cannot make it flat and put under a bed or something.you can just make it stand and put in a corner or something, thats it!As it is built well, it can carry you and your weights with no issues, even for a heavy workout it is suitable.

I use it at home and it does the job I need it for and still in great condition and no issues. You will need to install it by yourself at home and recommend two people.

Matrial is fantastic ..you will not regret by purchasing this item ..i suggest it more giod then the higher price ones

Buen banco estable en inclinado. Perfecto para aberturas. Algo menos cómodo para declinado ya que se queda un poco corto (mido 1.75)Y se queda algo ancho para pres banca con barra para mi gusto. Lo de realizar abdominales me parece muy incómodo. No existe la posibilida de ten la posición sentada con la espalda recta.Tener unas llaves para el montaje. ( yo tarde unos 30 minutos) pague 135€ lo que me parece un precio razonable para el producto. Calidad bien sin más.

自宅でのトレーニングの為に購入しました。組み立てはわりと簡単でしたが、付属の６角レンチだけでは心もとないので、それなりの工具を準備された方が作業しやすいと思います。デザインもスタイリッシュで気に入っています。腹筋用のベンチとしてはあまり評価が芳しく無いようですが、フライ、プレス系のトレーニングベンチの為に購入したので、特に気になりませんでした。個人的には購入して良かったと思っています。
