8V MAX Replacement Battery for DCB080 DCF680N1 DW4390 DCF680N2 DCL023 DCF680 DCB095 DCF682

The original DeWalt battery for my DeWalt 8V screw driver died and would not charge. I couldn't find a replacement for quite a while and then found this on Amazon. This replacement battery is not branded DeWalt but is 100% compatible and works great! I love this screw driver and didn't want to have to trash it for lack of a battery. This saved the day! I recommend this battery (and compatible charger) if you have this specific DeWalt driver.

This battery dramatically improved the performance of my DeWalt DCF862 electric screwdriver. It fits the screwdriver and the charger perfectly. When I first used the screwdriver with the original DeWalt battery, I was disappointed with: the lack of power, problems with changing the drive rotation, and constant recharging. I decided to try this battery before just giving up on the tool. This battery transformed the performance of the screwdriver. It is far more powerful and holds a charge much longer than the original OEM battery. I have absolutely no complaints. Every once in a while, I get it right.

Worked out perfect

Since Dewalt no longer makes this battery, Amazon is the only option. It does fit a bit more tightly into my flashlight than the Dewalt battery because i suspect tolerances and not quit as good, but it does work. The Amp-Hour rating isnt quit as good either but there are no other choices.

Looks great! Can't tell its not name brand when its in! I bought this for my husband to replace his OG 8vmaxx battery. He didnt have high hopes for its workability but based on the reviews he decided to give it a try. Once he got it he tried it out and the first thing he said was "dang, I cant tell a difference" I am going to purchase one more for him as backup just in case. But so far this thing works exactly as it should!

I purchased a gyroscopic screwdriver for my mom for Christmas with two batteries and it didn’t work at all. The batteries are charged. The screwdriver just doesn’t work. Like an idiot, I purchased another one with one battery, and it doesn’t work also. I am in shock because Dewalt is so good. Everything I own is to Walt and it’s all amazing. I think it’s just a dud tool
