Awful Quality, Total Ripoff
The lighter sparked multiple times but it never lit. We added butane to it and it started leaking back out immediately. It was a waste of money and a waste of time to buy this. It doesn’t even look like the picture, there’s no bronze/gold on it. It’s very cheaply made, the lighter literally started falling apart as soon as it came out of the box. Do NOT buy this.

Looks great! Works Great.
Make sure you have some good butane and lighter will work just fine! I made the mistake of using cheap butane and it didn't work.

unbelievably impractical
The only positive aspect, the gun gimmick, makes no sense.Besides that, the lighter has two muzzles, for each mode separately. The lighter ignited by:1. moving a scroll on the side to open gas valve (not held by a spring so I can see it moving in a pocket -clearly a serious hazard). The scroll is very short so there's no flame control as you may expect from such input.2. you strike an olD school rock (much like in a zippo just without the class) to cause a gas explosion which leaves a quite unwieldly flame.3. pressing the trigger activates the other nozzle, changing this 7 inch flame to a half inch jet4*. remember that extinguishing flame does not stop the gas leaking4**. make sure the gas is not leaking after moving the scroll to the original locationIn general I think I'd prefer to pay that price just to ask the person who designed it what they were doing when designig it.

Absolute garbage!
I was planning on this being a backup lighter in my pack of camping supplies. I tired it out upon delivery and found it to be quite clumsy when it came to the on/off switch. But a back up spark is useful, so of course a backup jet lighter would be useful too, right? Well, after filling the lighter up and preparing to put it with my supplies, I noticed that the lighter no longer worked at all. I lit the regular lighter about 4 times, and the Jet maybe twice. That was the life expectancy. The on/off switch seems to be non functional and forever in the off position. No gas comes out when trying to use the lighter. As my supplies already have a better flint & steel, this will go into the trash. (Made in China)
