Held me with total confidence. Tree bark unharmed. I did get some pine tree sap on the straps, and it wiped off reasonably well with a wet cloth. 10ft was an excellent length, giving me plenty of freedom to choose pairs of trees. Strong and secure (and more durable than my hammock itself).

These work excellent..I sleep in hammock when camping and these are great. Makes setup easy. Lightweight but strong. Works with any hammock.

I have always loved hanging around in my hammock at new places I hike and camp at. However, the I always dreaded tying up the leads. One of my buddies pulled these out of his pack and got his hammock up in 5min while I was still tying my knots. I gave in an bought these back boys and will never look back. They are extremely easy to put up and don't damage the tree which is a huge plus. The adjustments make it easy to get that "just right" feel and have you lounging in comfort. The only downside of the longer straps is the added weight, so I wouldn't recommend these to an extreme backpacker whose counting OZ's, but for everyone else these are well worth putting in your pack. They come in an awesome carrying pouch that make is easy an convenient to store and transport. These are everything and more that they're advertised as. 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends! I did receive these straps at a discount for my honest review. I use Amazon for literally all of my purchases and I do my research on every product based on the reviews they get. The hammock straps and carabiners are sturdy and well-made and the price is very good. Adjustability of the straps is easy and versatile. The one complaint that I have is that the two straps are not identical in length. They are off by an inch of each other. This would present no problem if I was using them for a hammock. However, I am using them for another purpose that requires that each strap be equal in length and equal where each loop is stitched. I was able to accomplish what I needed by using the straps from the end where all the loops begin rather than the end with the one single loop, which is the end that I found created the length discrepancy. The single loop on one strap was stitched an inch longer than the other strap.

Work great. Super long with lots of options. I wanted a certain style of construction that is less likely to tear the stitching at each loop. These are perfect. These are much easier to handle than wrapping a chain around the tree and less damaging than screwing eye hooks into the trunk not to mention far more portable which is why I bought them. Unfortunately mine order was missing the carabiners. Luckily I had some on hand. I still find them worth the price but I would have liked to have gotten all I paid for. I cannot see the need for buying more expensive brands than these. Great product.
