Great for men too!
Though this product is primarily advertised for women, I am an older man who has gotten back into martial arts. The Tobi stretcher is great for helping me reach my flexibility potential. I'll probably never be as flexible as a younger person but this item will help get as flexible as possible. Plus it is easy to use and intuitive to use. No head scratching required.

Good value
Light and easy to use anywhere there's an extra door. This was one of the cheapest versions I found on Amazon and the stretcher is pretty durable. The elastic band is a bit thinner than I expected, but I considered it a freebie since most other stretchers didn't come with one and cost more.

Okay for little kids not teens
My 9-year-old can use this just fine, but my 13 years old who is 110 pounds doesn't like it. It is not very sturdy for her. I can do a standing split but when using this I wobble. If you are over 100 pounds you should pass on this one. Great for little kiddos.
