Used to test Artex ceilings. Kit arrived reasonably quickly. Good comprehensive instructions, good quality sealable bags for the samples and a sealable outer bag. First class postage paid return envelope. Results were returned quickly via email with a clear and easy to read certificate of the results.Our samples were negative, which was great news and gives us peace of mind to decorate those ceilings.

The envelope came with easy to follow instructions , sample bags and pre-paid business envelope as described. I posted back the samples. The results clearly highlighted the samples that contained aspestos (not the results I hoped for!) - but the service did exactly what I needed, and when I had cause to contact customer services via email, I got a prompt, friendly response.
