First of all This is My First time Trying out Muscle Asylum, I have already used BCAA before this of some other brands, But i Found out this Product quite Good, Normally BCAA have Lucine, Isolucine and Valine Content, but Their is something more which is Tyrosine, Taurine and Theanine as well Vitamin B6 and B12 this things makes this BCAA something extra.BCAA i used of other brands were mostly Sweet, I mean extreme sweet and i dont like that, some might like that sweetness , But This BCAA has good Organe flavour with moderate sweetness so you wont feel like something artificial taste.And the Main Thing is It reduces fatigue and Keeps you focused You would finish those extra 2-3 raps after Failure which i felt after using this.Also thanks for Extra Pre workout trials for Free i really like Blue Razz Flavour its awesome. Gonna order that preworkout.

I purchase this as need some taste change drink during workout. How effective it is? Not seen major effects but yes was able to see little energy boost. I realised this when i stopped using itOverall good purchase at this priceIf you are non-vegeterian unlike me, then you do not need BCAA as such

Low quality dont even think of trying

I have been working out for 9 years now and this will an honest review.To start with the underwhelming factors:Bcaa's in most cases also acts a pre cursor to your workout. This doesn't have that kick.Tried fruit punch, decent flavour.It does help.during workouts but nothing exceptional.The goods:Good for beginners.The packaging and marketing strategy.It maintains a ratio of 2:1:1Number of Servings is 50, which is competativeDoes help in rejuvenation of energy during training.So overall my verdict will be if you are tight on budget and you are at a beginner stage this is a very good option to start your hands-on.For pro lifters ,you need to spend more and go with bigger brands.

The fruit punch flavor is really tasty and the product is must have as a pre workout drink. I am writing the review after a week of usage and found it helpful for providing extra punch and push during workouts. Go for it!
