ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Professional "S" 8" Bread Knife

Works as intended, excellent quality

I upgraded from a cheap set of knives to Zwilling JA Henckels & 10 years later I am still very pleased with the quality of their knives. I've gone through several bread machines, but this knife is still cutting my homemade bread perfectly. It slices sharply without tearing the bread. I don't know about their lower models but the ones made in Germany are high quality. I highly recommend this knife if you eat a lot of bread, rolls, or bagels. Always hand wash & dry before putting away.

Great quality, super sharp, expensive but for us worth it.

Being relegated to the house over the summer (like so many others have been), we took up the hobby of bread making. We were using a 5” serrated utility knife to cut our creations, but the blade wasn’t long enough to make it through in a single batch. We bought the Henckels 8” Professional S bread knife to match our existing cutlery, and couldn’t be more happy. Though a bit pricy compared to some others on the market, the build quality and feel in the hand makes the extra expense worth it. I’m confident this knife will last us decades, just as the rest of our set has!
