The cramps in my legs are quite extreme at bedtime, I usually roll around during the night just trying to get comfortable. I have tried liquid and powder magnesium with very little in the way of relief. The Amino Mag Pro formula began to work within a week. I have had no stomach issues whatsoever with these capsules. I love this product for my RLS. The added amino acids really ease any gas and bloating. Great formula that works. I also feel a little more strength in my legs..(nice by product).....sleeping through the night now with very little cramping.If you have symptoms of restless leg or you are low on magnesium this is the best product!!!

The Aminio-MAG has reduced the occurrance of my restless legs. I will continue to use it.

Randomly ordered because I have been having issues more frequently, after a week on the product started noticing a big difference and haven't had a single any issues in almost 2 weeks.. For me it is working wonders! just ordered my 2nd bottle!

I suffer really bad leg cramping during the night and I don't sleep very well at all. I have tried cheaper forms of magnesium (powders, liquids, etc...) but have had very little luck in finding a supplement that works.I tried Amino Mag and boy I am glad I did.....it works very well!!! I take one capsule every evening right before bed. Within two weeks I noticed a drastic difference in my legs. Not sure why it works so well but I don't care...IT WORKS!

My wife suffers terribly with restless leg syndrome, many nights she cant even sleep at all due to the severity. THIS PRODUCT WORKS PERIOD! My wife took it faithfully for two months and after the first week of taking this her symptoms completely disappeared. We have tried everything prior to this and at most the other products only helped slightly or not at all. We ran out of this product by mistake, thinking she still had more in the bottle when she went to re-fill her weekly medicine holder she discovered she was out, two days later the symptoms returned. I wont let her run out again. Most products are gimmicks, these actually work. Do yourself a favor, if you have Restless leg Syndrome get a bottle, its $18.00 for a two months supply and if your not willing to get this cheap fix to help yourself or a loved one, you have been told, its on you! IT WORKS GREAT!!!!!
