Perfect Fit, Easy Slip-On—Love These!
Awesome no-tie solution—perfect for comfort and convenience! I picked up the Xpand No Tie Elastic Shoelaces with Hidden Lace Locks (USA colorway) just in time for the 4th of July—and I was genuinely impressed! The elastic laces + anchor system work beautifully together. Once installed, my shoes became easy slip-ons—no tying, no fuss. They stay snug and secure without being too tight, making them ideal for both casual wear and activity. I wore them for the July 4th celebration and not only did the patriotic colors pop, but the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable throughout the day. ✅ Easy to install ✅ No more tying laces ✅ Great for everyday wear or sports ✅ Quality feels solid ✅ Perfect festive touch in the USA color option Highly recommended—especially if you’re looking for convenience, comfort, or just want to upgrade your lacing game!

So far So good
I received my laces on time. The vendor was great at communication and making sure things were going smoothly. Whether it was an automated thing or not I couldn't tell you. The laces look true to the pictures. I got a set of purple and a set of blue. I've put the purple laces on my motorcycle riding shoes, Dainese York Air. They make it a little tough to get into the shoe, however I believe I'll get used to them and they'll simply be put on easily enough. My right foot has issues going into it's shoe, my left foot slips in much easier. The laces keep my motorcycle shoes snug. Not over tight, but tight enough you know they're on. They keep the sleeve for the ankle snug as well. The shoes feel a bit different, but not annoyingly so. I can tell the laces pull the shoe tighter across the whole lace pattern and not just here and there and loose here and there. Install was simple enough. Put on shoe. Lace up shoe. Don't pull tight on the laces, but pull just a little. They are elastic and will contract and expand. When you're at the top of the shoe, I went for the "hidden" look, loop from outside to inside shoe through their locking device. Stand and walk a bit to make sure the shoe isn't too tight, if so loosen a bit. When fit is to your liking and lace is locked in, cut the lace about an inch or 2 from the locking device. Burn the end with a lighter. Tuck the locking bit in and you're done. So far I'm not having issues and I like how the purple laces look on the grey and black shoes I have them on. I plan on putting the blue laces on my running shoes later. Update: So I've had these for several months now. They're holding up really well. I finished my Motorcycle Safety Foundation Course a week ago. Laces did great. I was on and off a motorcycle all day with no issues. The heat from the motorcycle didn't do any harm to the laces. I was on a Street 500 and the riding pegs on one side is right on top of the exhaust pipe. My Dainese shoes were comfy all day. Will definitely get these for other shoes in the future.

Easy no-tie laces
These shoelaces are great and so easy to use. This is the second time I've purchased this type of shoelace. They come in very handy and make slipping shoes on and off a breeze.

If the plastic end comes off, use a lighter!
My daughter is in Kindergarten and just received her first pair of “big girl” shoes with regular laces. Although she can technically tie her shoes, I know it would end up becoming a burden during the busy school day, so I started looking for an alternative to regular laces and found these! Although they would probably work fine as intended, I ended up making some changes. I laced the shoes as normal (except you have to remember to put the laces through from the OUTSIDE of the hole) and threaded the plastic clips onto the ends per the instructions. The clips just looked kind of bulky and uncomfortable on such little shoes and I was worried about the them coming off during the day. I ended up not using the clips at all and just tied some knots in the end of the laces. I used a lighter to singe the ends of the laces to prevent fraying. By the way, if the plastic end of your lace comes off or you’re trying to use one lace for multiple shoes, you can still easily lace them through the holes! Simply fold the end of the lace lengthwise and singe it with the lighter and it will be firm and narrow enough to easily pull through the holes. I was able to easily thread the unfinished ends through my daughter’s tiny shoes using this method. There was enough length for me to do both of her shoes with just one lace with some to spare. Overall, sure these laces work. Could I have just picked up my own cheap elastic and tied knots in it? Definitely. So although the product works just fine, I don’t know that I find it necessary and probably would not buy again.

Great, comically reflective
After trying 3 different systems between 5 companies, these are the best. I've tried the round bungee cords, the silicon bands, and these flat ones. to start off, I have the most frustrating feet in my family, too high of arches, overpronate and oversupinate with each step, not a lot of fat on the ball or heel of my feet. Just terrible, tried every Dr. Scholl's product they make for men, literally. No avail. Then at the hardware store of all places I came across the silicon bands, I think they're called Hickies, mine were knockoffs for about 1.50 in their clearance aisle for a box, tried them, and loved them. they greatly improved my foot comfort, but they all broke one by one. At least now I was on the right path. So after trying out more name brand silicones and others, this was the best. Pros: -They look like laces, you can keep the excess material on them, and tie them like a normal shoe if you want to, so if you're self conscious, then buy these, they're pretty normal looking. -I bought another brand of flat elastic laces that said they were reflective, they weren't, these are blindingly reflective. -They're thin, but not too. The other brand of flat, were a bit too fat to fit through my eye holes of my tennis shoes, so you couldn't adjust tension at a later date easily. -They're the right amount of elastic, not too loose and not too tight. They feel like the silicone ones I had, which I liked a lot. -Randomly the company emails you a ton of informational videos on how to use their products, and different lacing techniques, it was weird, but cool to see a company that in love with their product and wanting to make sure the customer is well informed. -The laces feel odd and have a texture to them that made me feel like they'd start flaking and sloughing off, though I stress tested them and didn't end up with glittery hands. I've had elastics that have done that before, it's not cool. So glad to see the plastic thread is woven into the lace in a manner that it's well incorporated and not a coating. -As I said, I tie mine, instead of lacing them through their stopper. It was more so, if in the off chance I'd need to return them, I could in the same/similar condition I got them. Needless to say they hold a knot well and haven't ran into issues with them untying on me. Though I double wind around then pull through to form my second loop, it's the only knot I've found that can handle the abuse it receives from my stride. Cons: -Maybe they're not going to last that long, I don't know. They are thin, and my shoes have chewed through 6 elastic bands, though since then I "modified" my shoes to round out those sharp cutting corners. Though if you have metal eyelets and your foot moves around like mine, you're going to probably want to puffy paint the crud out of the eyelets like I did, not sure how that's going to hold up, but was working with what I had. -When lacing them, they kind of get annoying to make sure they're laying flat and not twisting on you in the eyelets. Things to keep in mind: I wear a size 10.5 US Male, after lacing, I had a lot left over, nearly 2 feet both sides per shoe, though with a big loop, you can wrangle them and manage it so the laces aren't dragging on the ground. Color wise, they're about a light gray, not too light that they're nearly white. Hex value would be about DCDCDC or 220,220,220 in decimal triplets. Conclusion: For 10 dollars, not bad, if they break, I'll buy them again. Would recommend for those that need that bit of give with their laces.

Great for hiking and everything else
ok, I am a little obsessed with these laces. I have now purchased 3 pair and I am in the process of converting a lot of my shoe laces over to these. I have these in my hiking shoes. I was a little hesitant at first to wear these on a long mountain hike, but these are flawless! I love them. Easy to slip into, and secure enough to wear for any occasion. No more loose laces to worry about, and they give you a cleaner look.

Awesome No-Tie Shoelaces that will NOT Disappoint!
I absolutely LOVE these Xpand no-tie shoelaces! They r better than I had hoped. I didn’t even know that they had no-tie shoelaces existed, bc I have never seen them at my local sporting good store sneaker department. But a couple weeks back I was browsing the web when I stumbled on an article that mentioned no-tie shoelaces. My interest was especially piqued bc I’m currently going three days a week for physical therapy on my knee, and I have to take off and put on my sneakers multiple times during every exercise session. It was kind of nuisance w regular shoelaces, so I checked out my options on Amazon. I looked at a number of shoelaces including the No-lock laces, but after reading how the Xpand no-tie shoelaces worked, and the positive customer reviews, plus watching the VIDEO from the manufacturer that explains exactly how the no-ties function (so definitely watch the video; it’s up top by the other photos of the shoelaces!). Moreover, the fact that these shoelaces come in amazing 44 different colors was what also sold me, bc my workout sneakers are red Nikes and I thought matching them up w the right color shoelace might be a challenge. I need not have worried bc the manufacturer offers two red showlaces, one w a reflective pattern sewn into the laces, which looked cool, so much so that I definitely like the Xpand laces better than shoelaces that came w my sneakers. (See attached photo of my sneakers w the reflective red no-tie showlaces on them.) The showlaces come w an installation manual; however, I simply watched the manufacturer video again to best understand how to properly anchor the showlaces to the sneaker. You need to decide whether u want the anchors that hold the showlaces in place to be visible on the outside or in stealth mode and hidden on the inside of the sneakers. I opted for hidding the anchors just inside the sneaker bc I did not plan on having to adjust the length of the showlaces once I was done; however, opting for the anchors on the outside allows for to u to adjust the length of the showlaces, such as if u want to wear the laces tighter in your sneaker for whatever reason. It did not take me long to figure out the right length that allowed me to slide into my sneakers but still have a firm hold on my feet, enough that I could jog w them w no movement of my feet inside the sneaker. The manufacturer recommends that u leave the shoelaces a little longer the first day u wear your sneakers to make sure u have the best fit. I most decidably will be purchasing more of these Xpand no-tie shoelaces for another pair of sneakers and a pair of regular shoes bc the laces come in black. I also intend on introducing these no-ties to family and friends who I have doubt will be interested. In closing, I highly recommend these Xpand no-tie shoelaces. With so many different color laces from which to choose and at a price point of less than ten dollars, it is a bargain for the ultimate convenience and comfort that these no-tie showlaces offer the wearer. U will not be disappointed w this purchase. I promise!
