Our hose water is terrible. We have a lot of iron in our water. Our inside faucets all run through an iron screen but our outdoor spickets don't. My husband puts these on our sprayers that connect to the hose to help them from getting clogged up. They work great. I like how many you get. When one gets clogged up you can replace it with a new one. They fit very easy in the connectors.
