Very heavy, burns hair, curls don’t last, and refund was unfair
I really regret buying this hair curler. It’s extremely heavy, very uncomfortable to hold, and burns the hair easily. The curls fall in less than a minute, so it doesn’t work as promised. I returned it, but they only refunded 10 AED, which made me feel cheated and robbed by this brand. I will never trust this brand again. Overall, I do not recommend this product at all.

Died after 2 months
This iron died after two months of use and there is no warranty nor chance to return that. I see that I am not the only who faced same issue. I used it carefully with mild temperature twice per week on average so it was not caused by improper use.

Charging plug is not compatible with the UAE socket
The curler’s charging plot is not compatible with our UAE socket and this is not mentioned anywhere. I don’t know what they will even sell them here knowing this. Very disappointing.
