The case has case rubber cover over charging port that is supposed to close and act as a dirt shield for the port.... it does not. The case over is clear plastic to allow for phone viewing and use... it is a ginger print and smudge magnet. I contacted the manufacturer asking about lifetime warranty information on the case... received a prompt response from China that they manufacture a quality case... that was all, no other information. I have removed the flap cover over the charging port. Other than these issues, the case appears to be sturdy. I wonder how long the kickstand will last with repeated use.

The kickstand on this case is not easy to operate and you can't do it with one hand. If you sometimes use the kickstand as a finger ring as I do, this kickstand cannot be used that way. If you have Qi or magnetic chargers, you can't use them with this case. Finally, the case is needlessly thick and has an unnecessary dust cover over the port, even though the case itself does not waterproof the phone. If you're looking for an otterbox-style giant case, get a waterproof case instead. I found the annoyances of this case far outweigh the mid-level protection this case may provide.

Worst case ever. Got my phone case about 2-3 weeks ago. Took it off off to clean the inside of it if my phone and Sawyer phone cracked. Now I have to pay to get my Phone fixed.

It came so fast that I'm still waiting for my iPhone 12 but I tested it on another iPhone to see what it feels like and holds up!I love how light weight it is as it doesn't add significant weight into my pockets!I also appreciate the stand snapping in place

Good quality phone case. The case came quickly and was easy to set up. It seems pretty durable in the kickstand is a nice touch. It has wireless charging capabilities but has to be pressed down very firmly on the wireless charger and finagled in order for it to work. The only downside is the difficulty getting it to charge on a wireless charger. It was definitely value for the money spent

It's back cover is very good, but front cover is plastic and not recommended, front cover is easy to broke by any sharp slip.

Great protective case for the price. I’m glad I waited to buy one online rather from the T-Mobile store... this case has a kickstand and was way cheaper than anything I saw at the store.

While i like the design and the case feels very sturdy, I share the same disappointment as other reviewers where the screen protector degrades the responsiveness of the phone so much that it makes it unenjoyable to use. You have to press the buttons either hard or a couple times to get get response. Only had for a week.. unfortunately threw away the case.. will call manufacture to see if i can return it!
