The string winder is too big for vintage style tuners so it was a waste for my Stratocaster. Otherwise, it's pretty nice.Update: After having read my initial review, a representative from the company reached out to me directly to address the winder not fitting vintage style tuners. He agreed that the model didn't fit those style tuners and politely asked to replace the item with an updated version. I have nothing but praise for the tool now. The string winder fits great and all the other tools are awesome. I also have to say that the company's customer service is absolutely top notch. If you're looking for a quality multitool, look no further.

It is not their intent and a result of an Amazon shortcoming. They offered and made good on a refund even outside of the refund time period. They did not have to do this and in my opinion illustrates that this is a seller of high integrity that is focused on customer satisfaction. I tip my hat to them and knowing this would never hesitate to buy from them in the future. Upgrading my review to 5 stars for their effort on service. Still, don’t buy this to wind uke strings (the seller would agree).—————The seller of this string tool makes sure that it shows up prominently in searches for a ukulele string winder. They pay for this placement. It does not work on ukelele. Which is unfortunate since I’m outside the return window. I’m stuck with it. Other than that it’s probably fine if you have guitar sized tuners. But it’s pretty cheaply-made plastic unlike some other winders. Including the one I eventually bought that I really like.
