I have been using this consistently for about 1 month now I would not be without it after the first week of using this product I noticed that my skin start to feel a little tighter all over my body. It comes with a scooper I use it twice a day once in the morning and once at night on an empty stomach I mix it with vitamin C to help it absorb better in my body. I have arthritis and it helps with joint pains in my knees elbows and hands . My skin loves it I have a glow my skin seems to be able to hold on to moisture.

Difficult to mix but I have learned if you let it sit for a few min after stirring it all blends together better. Taste terrible with water but just mix with tea or juice and it's fine. I have noticed my skin seems to be very conditioned and seems to have a little more "spring" to it.

So far just a diatary supplement see no difference

I don't remember what got me to try this in the first place - I think I read somewhere that collagen was good for skin hydration etc. So, being the impatient Aries that I am, SUPER collagen sold me. I saw and felt a difference within 2 days! My skin tends to be very dry - this stuff stopped that madness. Soften wrinkles - and yeah, cellulite, too. I used to put it in my coffee but the directions cite orange juice works better - vitamin c helps absorb it better.

This tastes horrible & smells like my dogs feet after being out in the rain. It actually kind of tastes like what I imagine wet dog would taste. Blending with fruit does not help either. I bought this after watching one of those celebrity smoothie videos smh I won’t be doing that again.
