K-fit Kegel Toner Electrode Probe, KM-506

Approximately 9 years ago, I felt a thud on my pelvic floor followed by pressure that didn't ease up. It felt like I was crowning. I went to the GYN and was told that I had mild uterine and rectal prolapse. He said it would only get worse and said that I should do kegel exercises and that I would eventually need surgery. I had a really hard time with kegels. Try as I might, I wasn't able to do them well enough to reap much benefit.Fast forward a bit and I began to have stress incontinence when sneezing, coughing and laughing. I also had a hard time going num er 2. It was difficult to have bowel movements. Eventually, sex began to be less satisfying.I had to do something but, could not afford surgery. I ordered the k-fit system hoping (but, not truly expecting) for some improvement. Was I ever surprised! I am 49 years old. I have only used the machine 3 times over the last month and a half and have already seen great improvement. Incontinence is nearly gone. I am having less difficulty with my bowels. And best of all, sex is already so much more pleasurable.I am working on blocking out more time to use the k-fit and can't wait to see how much better things will be. Finally feeling hopeful again. I purchases this product because I have A collapsed disc in my back that makes it impossible to do kegals. I also had started Getting bladder prolapse due to multiple births and a significant tear during one of them.I use this with a normal tens unit. It is powerful enough to work the muscles and relieve tension in my pelvic floor easily. It even relieved some back pain due to the pelvic floor muscles being so tight.I would completely reccomend this to anyone on the fence about purchasing. It has changed my life!

My physical therapist recommended a pelvic floor attachment to a tens machine. I have used several time in addition to Pelvic floor PT. I have only used a few times. It works as it should. Be sure to use a little bit of Lubrication for a comfortable insertation of the probe.

After a while of low pulses and some other stimulation from the Hitachi ; she was close to the end. Just as she created, cranked it hard and her eyes rolled back into her head and it took her about 20 minutes to get her mind back to normal.....

First of all it has no weight to work against and the handle end is too small to prevent it from being pulled into you by Kegal action in either the vagina or anus. I sometimes have to pull it out by the cord. The effect varies substantially depending on depth. This may actually improve our Kegal muscles but that takes weeks to know. We have a dual purpose TENS/EMS unit. It has 12 different output signals. On muscles it works fabulous but internally the feeling is different. It is not just muscles contracting. It gives a tickling and at higher levels a burning sensation that is not particularly pleasant. Others have talked about getting arousal from it, which we would love. I can't say this would bring me anywhere near climax. My husband said it gave stimulation to the bottom of his penis if in the right location. He felt nothing in his prostate nor was he significantly aroused. I found myself rolling while seated to pressure it in deeper where the sensations were more pleasant than burning. It seems a lot of money for a piece of plastic with a couple wires. Maybe the electrode plates are expensive or regulator cost are high. My husband may try the male model to see if it works on his prostate. If it tightens our muscles it will be worth it. I am using it in two half hour sesions per day. Kind of cool walking around feeling those sensation. You come to your own conclusions. I will add to this when we have had more time with it.

I’m glad I purchased it rather then an entire new kit. Worth every dollar and works the same. I prefer this more because there is actually more length.

The contacts are too small and it has to be just right or it won't work. Put it in but don't breath. This is also crazy over priced. You can get a larger one that works perfectly on aliexpress for less than three dollars. I'm sick of price gouging.
