I can’t comment on efficacy as I don’t feel any different. Prolly ‘cause doc said I’m only slightly low so maybe it’s helping but not obviously. The pills are small and super easy to swallow. Plus they’re more affordable than most. Main gripes are the giant bottle size and CA Prop 65 warning. It’s super annoying to open the bottle and see it LESS than half full. This is yet more excessive plastic in a world of increasing plastic use that just effs up our entire planet at this point. The Prop 65 warning for “Bisphenol (BPS)” is more complicated than possibly real, I guess. Apparently, supplement and other food manufacturers may or may not actually have unhealthy chemicals in their products, but declare the warning to be safe from litigation just in case. Or, they do have trace amounts but it’s minuscule yet they still add the warning to be safe. Then there’s the oddness that the warning is on Amazon page but not the product packaging so maybe it’s a mistake…? The annoying things is: who knows?! Is it BPS in the pills? Is it the plastic bottle only? This seems more likely and, if so, then NatureMade should choose different packaging even if it means a few cents extra.

After taking these for several days, I can truly say, I’m not faster than a speeding bullet, nor am I more powerful than a locomotive, and I’m surely not able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. That said I have really seen no tangible results. If I do achieve any of the above enumerated results, I will update this review.

Prior to using these softgels I was taking the large chalk-like peniccilin sized tablets that I would cut in half. That took time and I still gagged every time I took one which made me miss doses and therefore not reap the B12 benefits. These softgels are an absolute godsend for someone like me that gags very easily and has developed a phobia for large pills. With a small swish of water, these pills literally glide down my throat. They are like 1/3 the size of other pills and I hope are having the same affect that the larger ones had on me. I am B12 deficient which can cause all sorts of symptoms. I will update my review when I take my next physical. Hopefully they work as advertised like the other pills did. Update January 2019 My last two physicals have shown incredible b12 levels! These pills work. My 2018 physical showed b12 levels go from approximately 250 to 1100. I was taking the pill everyday. My 2019 physical showed levels of 558 after taking the pills 3x week. Extremely satisfied with these pills. Only thing is I will have to take for rest of life to keep levels balanced.

I love the soft gels. They are smaller in size and easier to swallow. My order was exactly what I wanted and arrived on time. I would reorder this product the next time I'm running low on it.

Highly rated as a good vitamin. Label says "Other added colors" and the little pills are lavender in color. This means you are getting a daily dose of an articial color. Harmful? Unknown especially in light of the face they don't tell you which colors they are using.
