Powder not mix water Hello, I ordered a pre-workout supplement from your online store. After receiving the product, I found that the powder has become hard and solid like a stone due to moisture. Because of this, it does not mix properly in water and is not usable. This indicates that the product is defective or was not stored properly. This is very strong, It will affect your sleep if you workout at evenings. It does its job otherwise.

I am using this since last two months. Used it for a month, then a gap of 15days then again. I felt the difference. It has the perfect combo of LArginine, BetaAlanine, Citrulline Mallate and Caffeine. Having it 10minutes before workout gives a solid boost to the energy. Very much useful for people who are doing some real heavy workout. Moreover the price is also reasonable compared to the other brands. However don't take this without consulting a certified trainer. Absolutely not needed for people doing light workout.
