Really lightweight, comfortable, even smart looking. Very glad with this product. Will be buying again.

The usual good quality from clarks shoes at a reasonable price

So I bought these and brought them to Disney World for a week. My Jawbone estimated that I averaged approximately 20,000 steps per day to a whopping total of about 140,000 steps, so I feel particularly qualified to review these shoes.Post-trip, these shoes have held up remarkably well. There is some expected wear from around the edges, as well as on the sole, maybe ~1 mm. The shoe itself retains its aesthetics from before the trip. During the week at Disney World, the shoe was subjected to rain, varying heat and gravel/sand and I'm quite satisfied with its performance in keeping my feet dry and comfortable. Where my S/O received blisters on her feet wearing Crocs after the second day, my feet remained unaffected for the entire duration of the trip.I have no complaints about this shoe other than - and remember that this is mostly a characteristic of all shoes - the top of the shoe between the toe and the ankle will crease over time as it bends and flexes. Obviously the severity of this depends on how you plan to use the shoe. Also - read the recommendations of other ratings and get half a shoe size down.To me, these shoes have already proven their worth, and I'm already considering getting another of the same pair so I have replacements once these ones wear out.

My senior Father walks 10 miles a day in these shoes. I've suggested runners but he's very British and won't wear 'sporting shoes' when out for his walks. His dress shoes aren't suitable for so much walking, and these fit the bill perfectly.He had two pairs of these and after two years of alternating between them they've had enough wear and tear that he needed replacements. Over time the support in them had started to fail and he'd worn some of the sole down, but from the top they still looked like new. Really, for the amount he walks I'm pretty impressed with how long they lasted.New ones are the same as the past ones, incredibly lightweight with great cushioning inside. He strikes hard with his heel when he walks and these shoes handle that well. Highly recommend them!
