This 4-Way Manifold is a must have tools for my DIY servicing auto ac system.One thing need to note regarding adapter for female threaded bottle is not available inside the box.But overall are good and works well.

This unit seems to be made very well. I really like the viewing window and the ease of use. however, I must warn, this "ease of use" depends on whether you know wtf youre doing because this doesnt do it for you it only allows you to do it properly. I made a vacuum device using an Embraco Refrigerant Pump (see photo - it produces the vacuum that makes your fridge work) and together they work perfectly. One thing - the hoses seal well but you must regularly check to make sure they didnt come lose (the finger tighted ones).Others have mentioned the unit leaks. I checked mine with an air compressor before I used it and it was sealed well, however I did add sealing compound on some of the "permanent" connections (be careful, make sure NO material gets into the unit!) and thats when I noticed some of the finger-tightened ones had come lose. No prob though, just tighten it back up (this should go away once the rubber sets a bit).Remember, you need a good vacuum source to do this procedure the right way.

I like the fact I have 4 valves and 4 ports on this manifold. It works well. I am able to hook up my vacuum pump, tank/ can of freon and both low/ high sides all at the same time. I did buy a valve to put at the end of the hose where I hook up to the can of freon so I can suck the air out of the line. Love the manifold so far other than my old one had dummy ports to park the line connectors to keep the dirt free and from dangling from the lines.
