Love the taste and convenience but tends to be a little sweeter than other electrolyte brands I have tried. Mixes well and have not incurred any stomach issues using this in my daily water intake. Definitely recommend as one packet can adequately flavor 32 oz. of water if you don't want a concentrated taste.

For health reasons, I have to keep my body properly hydrated. I drink around 90 ounces of water a day. I can only drink so much plain water. My nutritionist recommended STUR. She uses it. I tried Liquid IV, but it’s expensive and I personally don't care for the taste. Liquid IV is marketed well and trendy with kids for hangovers. STUR is not packaged and marketed as well as Liquid IV, but I find it to be an equally or more effective hydration enhancement product. I like the natural lemon-lime flavor. Comes in convenient individual serving packages. IT IS A FRACTION OF THE COST OF LIQUID IV. I only have two products on subscription on Amazon and this is one of them.

I am a big fan of Stur products and have been using their water enhancers for years. They use stevia for sweetening which is much easier on my stomach than the chemical sweeteners. I also find that it tastes much better than the chemical sweeteners. Due to some health issues I have been having some hydration issues and I have never been able to stand the taste of Gatorade or Pedialyte - they literally make me gag and often will not stay down. As a diabetic I also need to watch my carbs and sugars so when I saw Stur was introducing this new electrolyte hydration powder I thought I would give it a try. I went for the Fruit Punch as citric sometimes is harsh on my stomach and I like the Fruit Punch water enhancer. This tastes fairly good and has 0 sugar and 2g of carbohydrates. It does have 230mg of sodium but it is my understanding sodium is necessary in a hydrator so I just make sure I do not drink it frequently. I am still not 100% onboard with the taste as like other electrolyte products it does have a bit of a salt aftertaste. I am hoping other flavors will be added (coconut pineapple is my personal favorite hint hint Stur) and possibly another flavor will disguise the aftertaste a bit better. For now it is doing its intended job and getting me to drink more water and it still tastes better than other products I have tried. It has a lot of pluses going for it so if you are looking for a replacement electrolyte solution I would highly recommend this. The portability is a great benefit as well as it is small enough to carry anywhere.

So far we love this as something healthy to add to our water. That said, we were disappointed to find one of the packets broken open in the box and flavor powder everywhere. Accidents happen so we are still giving this a 5 star rating for the product. The flavors are great; not to sweet and doesn’t have the gross sucralose flavor of other water additives. Lemon lime is my favorite but the fruit punch is really good too. We will be buying this again.

I did not love this fruit punch flavor. I think it taste like paint. However, I had my son try it, and he loves it. He says it taste like Gatorade, so it's all his!

This is a current Subscribe and Save order of mine, and I am very pleased with my purchases. These taste great and have good, clean ingredients that don't scare the blivin' mess out of me. I really think they are worth the money and then some for the health benefits! I often just use a half a stick with one of those large Yeti-esque tumblers and it gives plenty of flavor and benefits. I try to drink at least 2 of those a day, so basically one stick a day for less active days. I would love to see more flavors of these sticks, like a strawberry lemonade or orange flavors. Ooh, a grape one would be good too! I prefer the sticks over the drops for convenience and portability, but the drops are really tasty too. Definitely some bang for your (healthy) buck!

These are good hydration packets that provide the same benefits as other well known brands, but at significantly less cost.
