SIMPLE Mobile Moxee, 4G LTE, 256MB, Sim Card Included, Black - Prepaid Mobile Hotspot (Locked) -

Bought this hotspot without much expectation, as I knew the area I was going to did not have the best T-Mobile service. Sure enough, when I fired up the hotspot (activation was very easy) I was either getting "No Service" or 1 bar of 4G LTE. Even at 1 bar only I was able to do basic web surfing easily, and even gamed multiple times (Warzone). Admittedly playing Warzone on this connection was not ideal, quite laggy, but it was doable. Battery life of the unit was about 4-5 hours of continuous use. Would recommend. Their prepaid hotspot plans offer quite a bit of data each month compared to plans I saw from other big names like Verizon.

Got the device and it didn't work. Stayed on with tech support for two hours and got it working a grand total of 3 hours. In those three hours my kids watched Netflix. DID I MENTION THE FIRST MONTH OF SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? Because it's not.For the next three days the device would not work, stating "connected with no internet" I would sit with tech support and they would inevitably send me to another tech support person to work on the hot spot. Every single time my call would get disconnected.On day four, out of frustration I asked to speak to a supervisor. He informed me that he was looking at my data and that it was all used.So I spent a total of $70 on this device and the first month of 2g service for 3 hours of streaming Netflix?The superviser did not attempt to elaborate on how I managed to use all the data in those three hours.What an absolute scam.I'm $70 out, living in a battered women's shelter trying to do what I can to make my children's lives less miserable but no. I get scammed and spoken to like I'm an idiot, and was treated like my time and my service to the company as a client was completely unimportant.Thanks for being absolutely useless, smart mobile.

I got this to supply a wifi signal in my camper in case the campground wifi wasn’t good. We used our Roku to watch Netflix for 3-4 hours/night, Music on Pandora pretty much all day, video chatting with family/friends, uploading YouTube videos, and general social media surfing for a week. We used about 1.5 of the 40 Gb plans, so a cost of about $75.00. Everything worked great! Of course it depends on getting a good T-Mobile signal, so I have bookmarked the T-Mobile coverage map on my smartphone. The Simple Mobile app is very easy to use to purchase data plans and shows your usage in real-time. Altogether a good value.

I needed this for when I travel to check my work email. I was not using it in the middle of nowhere, so reception was always good.The speeds are good enough to even stream some movies.The only reason I rated it a four stars is the set up maybe difficult for someone who is not tech inclined. The directions are pretty good but it took me about 30 minutes to set it up myself. I could see someone with less patients getting frustrated with the process.I wasn't sure how much I would use so I purchased the largest package and only ended up using less than 10GB. That gave me seven days of checking email for about 15 minutes a day, and about 5 hours of video.

I found it cheaper with my phone cell phone company and plans are cheaper as well but it was too late for that. I thought the set up would be simple however it wasn’t. Trying to get the set up done after purchasing a plan thru Best Buy bc it was a cheaper option may have been the reason. I’m not certain entirely. Did contact customer support thru IM and process went a little slow and responses were as well. I will continue buying my plans from Best Buy bc the deal is better.. I have been able to work while camping and in South Texas as well. Love it! Still don’t know how to tell when it’s running low and when I will need more but that’s a me problem lol

I live in the country and getting internet service is not easy. I bought this and do get 5g and 2.5g service with this. IT ISN'T UNLIMITED once you are close to the data package you ordered the service is non existent. I even bought month in advance and it doesn't matter. I by the 40g and it is great until you reach the 30's then it doesn't work. I would expect it to slow down but it won't try to load anything. I don't watch videos or movies on this and I am the only one connected to this Hotspot. I play games check email and shop and always seem to magically run out of internet on this service. I have Verizon and have 30g of mobile Hotspot I use to use for my tablet and didn't run out of internet it just wasn't good strong service. If you want great internet but short lived then I do recommend this especially if you are in a area that you get bad service. I still use this but will discontinue it when I can find something to replace it with. I hope this helps.

I’ve never used one of these before. I bought this to use with my security camera I brought with me to an AirBNB I was staying at for vacation (I wanted to watch my disabled cat while I stepped out). The activation was very easy. I’ve been able to connect two devices before I noticed a severe slow down. I’ve since brought this to my other vacation locations with no issues. How’re, I limit the device to only one device at a time to prevent any slow down.

I purchased 2 of those. Used just fine in September 2022, and then not used for a while. Then April 2023, purchased GB and ... not working. Called CS and asked, they said because of non-use, SIM is dead. They suggested to buy a new SIM, so I did. Installed. Not working. Called CS, and they have no idea. Wasted money. Totally, it is not a reason of SIM broke down for non use of just 6 month, and device is not event 1 year old.
