Anodized Aluminum Standard Muffin Pan, 11.2 x 15.8 Inch

Definitely pleased with this pan! I have several other baking pans by this company....all have worked well. I just used this cupcake pan for the first time..... I like: Cupcake size Baked really well and evenly -- Each cup is nicely spaced apart from each other allowing more even baking Overall this pan is very sturdy, well constructed Super easy to clean I myself do a great deal of baking....I will not buy/use dark coated nonstick pans. Many possible choice pans are thin, poor edges, etc. I did order several other pans because of price and curiosity if they were as well made as Fat Daddio....they were all sent back. Yes this pan company is pricey but I feel the overall quality of the pan AND even baking - bite the bullet and buy this over other choices. This pan will last you a long time and give you great baking yummies.

Fat Daddios are the best baking pans you will ever buy. Food cooks evenly every time. Will last forever. They are over priced however.

Quality bakeware as always

This was our second addition to our "fat dadio" collection. We were having difficulty with our muffins and cupcakes bake time. As soon as we switched to fat dadio we found once again that our baked goods bake evenly and burn much less. NOTE: you need to adjust temperature and time as directed on recipe. I bought this muffin tin to go with the bakeware set and have used it a few times so far and love it. The material is very stick resistant, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The overall weight is good and though the brand is far less expensive than others the quality is not lacking which I was worried about. My only complain is the seams around each muffin cup, these may be unavoidable but make cleaning take a little bit longer. Also I am still a little up in the air about how healthy it is to cook in aluminum but since these are for baking occassionaly and not made out of rust-prone steel, they seemed to be the best option. After much research this is the best product I found at Williams Sonoma, Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohls, Target, online and at grocery stores. This is the muffin pan to buy, very similar to what you find in professional kitchens.

Ever since finding a Fat Daddio's pan in a local retail store, I've gradually replaced all my old pans with this brand. This new muffin pan is just as great as all the Fat Daddio's products - well made and extremely easy to clean.

Excellent, sturdy bakepan that bakes evenly and is easy to clean. All of Fat Daddio pans need to be buttered and floured. FYI.

I didn't really think there would be much difference between these and my cheapo ones, but boy was i wrong! What an amazing difference in the bake! So beautiful and even and bake faster too! Worth every penny. Highly recommend! No wonder all the pros use these.
