All the flavor of red pepper without the intensity of the heat. I have a high tolerance for spicey food, but the older I get the more I pay for it later. Aleppo has a nice, clean flavor with heat minus the punch of a mix packed with seeds like regular red chili flakes. Delicious.

I like em. I use em where I might just use red pepper flakes. I think they just have a little something better then ordinary red flake.

Fantastic product. Great flavor. Great size. Great price. Wholes are smaller than flakes on the shaker side of the lid but I don’t use the shaker.
