Half sized power bank can be used on heated scarves or items with small pockets for battery
I own exactly two usb powered "heating" items a large blanket and a neck scarf. The scarf has a small zippered pocket for the battery so it will not fit a full size high capacity battery pack which is ok because you probably don't want all that weight hanging around your neck anyhow. These have a USB A plug and a USB C plug. The C plug functions to charge the battery or as output as well. Most usb heated clothing items are still using a full size USB A plug for their power input. These have light up LEDs on top so you can see how much charge it has and there's a power switch next to the plugs. It's a few hours to get them to full charge using a USB C cable (2 included in the box). These are 2.4A output plenty for small items like a scarf but the larger blankets or shawls generally want a 3A capable power brick to be used (most likely because of the greater resistance in the circuit). Phones generally recommend 2A output for chargers so this should charge any phone. These are great but I would have preferred a micro usb plug like my other power banks have since I still have a couple of devices that use that old plug (adapters are available so not a big deal). These are a good price for the size and will do what I wanted them for, to keep power on my heated scarf for my sore neck.

Good price, honestly stated capacity
Miady 2-Pack 5000 mAh Mini Portable Charger.I have been using the older 5000 mAh version of the Miady block style chargers for about 4 years. They still work, I just needed some with a USB-C port. What I like the most, is that this manufacturer is honest about the battery capacity. Some other manufacturers make wild claims about capacity, Miady does not. Most all battery powered USB chargers run at, or better than, 80% efficiency. The losses are due to power consumed in voltage and current regulation circuits. I tested these and got a little better than 4000 mAh on the business end, which is very good. I use these mainly for powering USB devices like portable fans or lights, sometimes for charging my portable razor and hair trimmer. These do work on phones but you may want to look into some of the 10000+ mAh versions for better capacity and charge speeds (hint, PD is fastest for newer smart devices).

Auto shuts off on small loads, otherwise it’s decent.
These are small and work well for my use. I bought them for when I cosplay as a Mandalorian. They fit in the helmet well. They take a long time to charge. They have a usb-a and a usb-c port which can both be used at the same time. They do have one small problem, they auto shutoff when they sense a small load. Some of my electronics I’ve built I needed to add a 100ohm resistor to bump up the load so the battery pack wouldn’t shutoff. So if you’re planning on using this for small electronics you may want to look elsewhere.

Love these!!! Quality is Beyond expectation
I use this for a tip jar with millivolt LEDs. Charge them once, and my lights stay on for days. They do the job they are intended to do...Kudo's

Great Chargers for your phone!!
These little chargers are amazing! I can charge my phone with them! They come in very handy when the battery is low on my cell phone! And they are perfect for connecting to my heated jacket! They charge quickly, they are very well made! Charging doesn’t take that long. Don’t hesitate to purchase them!

Does not work. Possible fire hazard
These are horrible. Given for Xmas. I think they charged maybe once. Got the light to come on and then nothing. Tried with several different chargers and could not get light to come on to charge. Not worth it. Update after leaving them to charge a few hours I smelled something and one of them had an smell and melted.

You get what you pay for
These are a great deal but there’s some real drawbacks, at least in my experience. I get far less than a full iPhone charge with these which doesn’t seem right. They also don’t hold a charge much at all. If you don’t use them in a day or two after charging them, they’re probably drained. That’s kind of a tough sell when a big reason to own charge packs in general is to have them available whenever you need them.I’m oddly obsessed with having battery packs available everywhere around the house at all times, so I can figure out use cases for these but the options are pretty narrow.
