Organic vitamins is the best recipe.
I have learned from past purchases, (even in health food stores and Trader Joe's) that not all supplements are made the same. If you don't take the time to read the ingredients and philosophies on your pill and powdered supplements labels, or you will be putting your health at risk. For example, I look for ingredients that should not be in things. Like soy, cane sugar, and preservatives. This product is great. We may not need to overdo it with vitamin supplements, but better safe than sorry. I bought Great Lakes quick dissolve collagen peptides powder from Trader Joe's and it made me sick. I wanted to throw up. Basically, collagen peptides means they used the hides of cows to get the product. Gross! But collagen can be obtained from organically raised cows, some marine sources, et al. So be careful, read the labels!

Genuine Organic
In 2023 this product was not available for several months while the line went through a rebranding process. I am very pleased that it is available again. Whole food vitamins work much better for me with more energy and a higher sense of well being. In addition they are much easier on the stomach. Highly Recommend 5 stars plus.

Tried many multis over the years and this one seems to be as advertised!!
So far so good. I have been taking this product for a few weeks and I can tell the difference. They do not upset my stomach even if I take them on an empty stomach. I do take one pill in the morning and one pill in the afternoon so I don't know the effect of two pills at one time. I am pleased with the way I feel and the ingredients are top notch. I will see what happens after I take them longer. They are certainly not the cheapest multi but I feel WAY better on them than others I have taken. (Jarrow, Rainbow, LEF, NOW, Natural Factors, Country Life, and even Nature's Way)

My cousin told me about these vitamins, and they are really good. Been taking them for years, they are organic food sources which are the best, and they are all in one pill.
