Great table for craft work (as I mainly use it) also as a side table. It has many uses really. Easy to assemble, love the way you can adjust the height and angle of the table. Very sturdy, easy to move around and to store. My only gripe would be the groove section that holds things like a mobile etc could be a bit deeper, okay for pens and small item though.

Purchased this for my 92 year old grandmother who needed a small table to slide underneath her electric lounge chair. Normal type tables will not slide underneath her chair due to the fact the chair has very little clearance underneath it due to the electric motor housing. The table itself is plastic with metal legs. It's a decent size and my grandmother could easily get her dinner plate and a drink on it without issue. The design of the table means it slides under her chair just enough for her to be able to eat off of it, this was always the problem with other tables with 4 legs.. they just wouldn't get close enough to where she was seated. The only issue i have with this table is the overall stability of it. It is fine if you don't put any heavy pressure on the front of the table, if you do it is likely to topple over. However light items such as dinner plates and books do not seem to cause any instability issues. I also wish the table had a lock on it to lock in place the actual table mechanism so that it didn't move. I was nervous about leaving my nan alone with this table however i made sure she was aware not to lean on it and just use it for light items. So far so good.... it definitely has solved a problem but just beware and be sure to warn whomever you give this too to not lean on the table.

This is ideal for my 97 year-old mother who was finding a heavy book exhausting to hold. It is light enough that she can easily move it into place from her chair, and the 'wobbly legs' that someone complained about enable them to splay apart slightly around the circular base of the chair to get close enough. The legs do not however fit beneath my reclining chair, so I can't use it. I was concerned that her elderly hands might not be able to adjust the angle, but she manages fine by holding the legs/feet down with her feet to prevent the whole thing tipping, and then lifting/gently jerking up the tray which unclicks it. Changing the height is probably beyond her, but it was easily adjusted by me to start with. You have to pinch in the nipples and wiggle the legs at the same time. This table is not a thing of beauty, but my mum is used to me giving her 'white plastic things' which make her life easier and this is certainly one of them.

Received item it is fantastic for me.Company was brilliant received next day from ordering. Driver unfortunately dropped over gate and item was damaged on 2 occasions but company was brilliant at organised replacements.Easy to put together, lightweight but also sturdy enough for my items on. Easy to move around. Would recommend item at a good price. Thankyou.

Fantastic product and really handy to have, works well for doing hobbies whilst watching TV and is really stable and strong whilst being very easy to move. Great value for money and fast delivery.

absolutely unsuitable for seniors and elderly people. very unstable, which can cause injury, e.g. being scalded by tea or other hot liquid. if touched, the table may overturn, and in the worst case, a person may even fall. it's true that it's cheap, but it's not made of solid hard plastic and the bent legs of the table easily tip over, as you can see in the video from another reviewer. it is better to pay extra for safety and quality. I do not recommend it from a personal point of view.

In many of the other reviews there appears to be a difference of opinion on the suitability and stability of this table. This is how I see it. Firstly, you should not remove the ends on the upper parts of the legs before pushing in the lower parts, otherwise the table legs will be wobbly! It takes a little effort to push the two together, but that is how it must be done. The top is plastic and the legs and support struts are metal. If the struts come bent (mine didn’t), then bend them back. They do the job. Obviously, with cantilever support and lightweight construction materials, too much pressure or weight cannot be applied to the table. However it supports your dinner or computer or a book or three well enough. You normally get what you pay for and this is good for the price. We find it very useful in front of the television. However, there is one area where improvement could be made. If you lift the table by holding the top (rather than by holding the legs), the struts will fall out, then you can’t put it down without everything falling off! It needs a catch of some kind to stop them coming out of their slots. Also the leg adjustment buttons can be a little stiff or fiddly, but most people will set it for their required height and leave it. Four stars because improvement needed, but does the job well enough.
