Q: Why does everything look upside down?

If the lens is far away from the object being viewed, it will be blurred or an inverted image. The lens should be close to the object to see details clearly.

Q: What is the Iron sheet for?

It's the little sheet metal disc with two prongs on the edge. The prongs are inserted into two holes in the battery compartment lid to allow you to unscrew the lid as shown in the video.

Q: Any tips for getting the light to work?? I opened it and made sure the batteries are installed correctly but the light doesn't come on.

Both of them has a switch The square one need to slide out until the very end The loupe just need to turn on the switch

Yes…just enter 50% mini jewelers loupe…..they have them ….pocket size…I ordered the larger one cause I needed a light…which is a plus if you use reading glasses and such…hope this helped…..
