Q: If I order a 38, does that mean the middle hole is for a 38 waist or the last hole is for a 38?

I ordered a 34 and it measured 34 inches to the middle hole. I would assume a 38 would be 38 inches to the middle hole also. There were 7 holes spaced 1 inch apart with 4 inches past the last hole to the tip. I'm pleased with the quality of the belt. Hope this helps.

No it doesn’t. It is stamped Genuine leather as it states in but is a low grade of leather

Q: I wear a size 33 pant and a belt from a different company came in and it was too small at a size 34. Do I need to be ordering larger belts ?

I wear a size 34 pant. I ordered a size 36 belt and it fits just fine. I have always found that ordering a belt 2 sizes bigger than the size of jeans I wear has been a good rule of thumb. Plus, I am happy with the quality of this belt.
