High Beams Salon Grafix Intense Temporary Spray - Wicked White for Unisex - 2.7 oz Hair Color

Bought this to use for a halloween look but it was not pigmented at all. Barely misted the hair portion needed in "white" where it only barely lightened the colour the slightest bit no matter how much you spray on. Not a returnable item and couldn't even get a refund. Disappointing and would not recommend.

I wish I had a picture for this review but my son didn't want one taken. I used this to add fake gray hair to my 7 year old for the 100th day of school. It sprays well, but use a light touch as you'll get uneven splotches if you're too heavy handed. Just layer it lightly for the look you're going for. His hair is dark blonde so it didn't stand out as much as I think it would on brown or black hair. You'll get a great gray on darker hair! It washed out easily with one shampoo and it didn't rub off during the day. It also smelled REALLY nice which was a surprise.

This works better for a graying effect. I bought two cans, because I have long dark hair and others who had reviewed said it had good coverage for dark hair. After two bottles of the stuff, It provided a gray hair effect, not the white I was looking for. It is also a little messy and sticky to apply. It feels like hairspray, but you need a good ventilated area to apply it. On the plus side, it does wash out very easily with shampoo. When this didn't work for the effect I wanted, I jumped in the shower and washed it out with shampoo. I gave it 3 stars because I would consider using it, if I ever needed to grey out my hair, and it might work well for someone with thin hair or someone with lighter hair. It is also a little difficult to pull a comb through your hear once it is applied, at least after the two cans I had applied.

It works ok, maybe only slightly better than using an inexpensive dry shampoo on dark hair. I included a couple photos from my kid’s 100th day of school celebration where they were supposed to dress like a 100 year old. I think the spray on color managed to get a bit better coverage with less product, but the dark undertone of the hair still shows through so it comes off as “graying” hair instead of white. This works fine for our purposes, but if you absolutely need white for your costume, consider going with a thicker costume pomade and using a lot of it and massaging it all the way to the roots of your hair. If cost is a consideration, then the dry shampoo is probably going to be the most inexpensive option, though it won't show up as well on lighter colored hair. My hair is greying mostly at the front and sides. To add a bit of depth and drama,I bought this "intense" colour spray in Wicked White to spray on in select areas at the front.. Firstly,the colour is NOT intense and secondly,it`s not white. It is a bluish grey and very unattractive. I was very disappointed and will not repurchase in any colour.
