Not as good as expected.

I think each tablet contains negligible amount of melatonin. I started of with 1 tab, nothing happened. Then added 1 more to that doze. Again no use. Ended up with 3 tabs and got only few hours of sleep. I stopped at 3 since I didn't want to feel drowsy in the morning. So my opinion is that most of the Indian brands of pharma products contains very minute quantity of the specified dosage.
