It takes some getting use to but like everything in life that can be good for you, you have to persevere. I felt as though I was Wilma Flint stone at first, and the pillow was like rock, but having used it for a few weeks I now find it very comfortable and supportive, I'm not waking up with headaches and a stiff painful neck. I've had lots of pillows over time, some of which are in the loft, but hopefully this will last me some time.

Pros: - Firm but soft - Provides great neck support - One side higher than other, personally I use the higher side - Actually helps get rid of neck pain - Perfect for side AND back sleeping - Fits in a regular pillow case Cons: - None I thought it would take me a few days to get used to this pillow, as it is firmer than any other pillow I’ve used before. But it was so comfy from the first minute I laid my head on it. The pillow really helps with my neck pain (I have a muscular imbalance and uneven shoulders) and I would never go back to a normal pillow!

The pillow fits my own pillowcases perfectly and looks great on the bed. It is incredibly comfortable when I sleep on my back and has eliminated my neck pain. The photos indicate that the pillow is good for side sleepers but I find it quite uncomfortable if i turn on my side. Really reasonable price for the quality of the pillow.

This is by the far the best pillow I have tried and a great design. I have previously gone through so many different types of pillows as I have next pain and joint problems, having also had surgery on my neck I need the right kind of support. For me the memory foam element of this is perfect as it provides good support without feeling too solid. In others, the raised neck part has been too firm or barely existent whereas this is perfect for me. The quality is great and it has lasted me ages whereas in the past I would change pillows very regularly. Highly recommend and great value for your money as it will last you ages. No issues with it smelling even when new.

My neck pain is gone in 2 days! WOW. Okay.. some context.. I have terrible posture in general but as I have been getting older I have been suffering more and more with the discomfort and pain caused from this. Primarily in my upper back / shoulders / lower neck. In my belief this has been leading to almost daily headaches for months now, getting to the point where it was ruining my quality of life. I got this pillow over a few other branded ones due to the positive reviews. Two days in now and I have no neck pain at all. It feels like I should have neck pain.. But I don't. Granted it has only been 2 days (but I got an email to review already so..) so it could be coincidence but I honestly believe it is down to the pillow. Crazy what a difference something as simple as a pillow can make. I feel more refreshed in the mornings as I think I am getting generally better sleep throughout the night, less waking and less re-positioning I assume. The pillow itself is lower than I expected (I am used to sleeping with 2-3 regular pillows) but my goodness it is comfy. Thought I was going to struggle with it being low but to my surprise I found myself getting to sleep faster and sleeping better. My only regret is that I didn't get this sooner and save myself months of discomfort and pain. Oh and for anyone wondering if it is suitable for broad shouldered people. It is.

I purchased 2 pillows. One is very firm and comfortable the other is soft and squidgy and has had to be returned. No way to contact seller other than product support page and no reply to that.

I bought this pillow having suffered from shoulder and neck pain over the past few months and wondering if it might help. I usually sleep on 2 pillows and wondered if I might find it hard to adjust to this lower level but actually I slept well from the first night. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping and has a removable, washable cover. It does fit inside a regular pillow case too if you prefer to use your own. The memory foam is good quality and the pillow is keeping its shape perfectly. I can't say that I am suddenly pain free but I do think there has been a slight reduction in my discomfort. The eye mask was an unnecessary and unused extra for me.

It seems to be fairly good quality. It is a little thinner than I like.

This pillow is very firm and unfortunately made my neck pain worse.
