I like that it's laminated... but had to lay it under the mattress for a couple days to flatten it out. The size is perfect for my needs. Came in a VERY sturdy poster tube.

Nice poster BUT, rolled so tight, hard to unroll. Honestly, it is pictured hanging on a wall with a hanger holding it up. Well, when it comes it is in a tube. VERY HARD to unroll. I like it for the info but, not for way it was shipped. Ordered 2. Sending back one!

Wenn das Poster direkt vor meiner Nase am Küchen Schrank klebt, mach ich die Übungen auch😊. Mir hilft es sehr, besser, als vom Handy. Morgens vor der Arbeit oder auch mal in der Pause im Home Office. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Great quality. Comes rolled up in a tube so I laid it out flat under some weights for a day before sticking it on the wall as otherwise it rolls up. Would recommend.

Molt bona compra que, com el tinc posat, em va molt bé per mirar exercicis d'estiraments. Només em faltaria un quadre perquè no és trenqui i quedi millor penjat a la paret. Recomanable.
