Q: It states that the controller stands uses a usb c port. will this charge an xbox elite series 2 controller as well? considering they are the same port

I was wanting to get this until I saw it requires you to use the battery pack it comes with. I have an elite series 2 and regular controller with rechargeable batteries. They would be useless with this. It's a nice organizer at the least.
