Our Earth's Secrets Natural Raw African Black Soap 2 lbs

I’ve tried out tons of soaps, and I always come back to this one. A lot of soaps out there seem really gimmicky, relying on advertising when in reality they’re just more chemically-loaded products that don’t seem to do much.. but not this soap. Firstly, it smells amazing. It’s hard to explain what it smells like, but if I had to say something I would say it makes you smell clean. So clean that by the end of the next day and I’m about to shower I’ll wonder if it’s really necessary because I still smell good. (I still shower). This soap does not dry me out, and being I’m always rushing to get ready and hate putting on lotion so rarely do, my skin doesn’t suffer because of it. It feels like quality soap, it lathers up super nicely and rinses off clean. Don’t be put off that it looks like a huge brick of earwax, I cut a bar off and keep it in a ziplock bag; each bar lasts a good three weeks. It’s important to keep it enclosed in something, if you leave it out it dries out and falls apart faster. Also I use it on my face and even scalp sometimes, not sure if it’s meant for that but being it’s so good for my skin I can’t see it hurting any. You may need to adjust to it at first but try this soap!

GUYS. So I’ve been using this brand of soap since like April ish of 2019 and I haven’t looked back. I originally bought it for my eczema (back of my knees) and light acne (light acne meaning a few bumps here and there every blue moon no major acne condition) and found that it worked well for both conditions. I will give a warning though: when you first use this soap (this may or may not apply to everyone) it will hurt and burn like hell. For my acne, it was like addressing the elephant in the room. It opened my acne spots up, it made my bumps red and a lil bloody but that was okay. Like life, things get really bad before things get really good. It addressed my acne right away and made it raw and vulnerable. I was like wtf lmao. So I let my face rest for a few days and only very very light and gentle water rinsing since my skin still felt very raw. After that when my acne started to scab up and die I was just able to wipe it away after 2-3 days and I was glowing. I loved it. But yeah your skin might react strongly then it gets used to it with consistent use. I used it on my body and hair as well. Now I will say that I feel like it has a really strong acidic ph (which could explain the burning reaction) so I decided to one day combine the soap with black seed oil (amazing herbs brand) and make a lil multipurpose wash. I did 3 parts liquified soap to 1 part black seed oil and that was EVEN BETTER. Those two products compliment each other very well and it basically healed my severe eczema. I washed my body with it and moisturized with yellow Shea butter. Dassit. And another thing I’ll say, this combo really is multipurpose. I use it to wash my hair (black soap is extremely clarifying, add BSO for a good clarifying eczema wash, or add another type of oil (olive, castor, coconut, etc.) for a clarifying, moisturizing, and curl defining hair wash) I wash my body piercings with it (the combo helps to cleanse and heal the piercings wayyy faster DONT SLEEP ON THIS), and I use it as an everyday body wash. This soap makes me feel so clean and my skin so healthy and leaves no scent (even though I do like the earthy smell of the soap) and it just has so many healing properties, and LADIES it doesn’t throw off my vaginal ph like most commercial scented soaps do. I truly love this stuff so much. One more thing, when I get the occasional wound/cut/scrape I would first put a little black seed oil on there to start the healing process and kill the germs (BSO has antibacterial/fungal properties) then when I shower i use the combo. Put Shea butter on it and just keep doing that until it’s fully healed. No nasty scars, no scar tissue (scab) formation, heals beautifully. This soap is truly truly truly amazing and I will NEVER stop using this!!!!

I absolutely love this soap and how it cleans my skin. I bought it a few years ago and loved it so much I’ve continued buying it since. This is REAL black soap, it’s mailable when wet and even straight out of the package. It gently exfoliates and makes me feel LITERALLY squeaky clean!!! Use as the instructions direct and don’t apply the bar right onto your skin. because it’s all natural there’s some abrasive pieces and it will scratch you if you’re not careful. I love how long it lasts me, one pound bar will last me at least 3 months. I cut my bar into 10 pieces, which helps lengthen how long it lasts. This soap is almost pure shea butter so it’s amazing with moisturizing.

Fantastic soap. Its been the only thing that has helped my daughters cracked, bleeding hands. Will definitely purchase again. They disclosed that it may contain potash and we did indeed find a rock of it 😂

I received two large bars and was able to cut each one into six smaller pieces. One set lasted me about three months. It lathers well and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I recommend using it once a day to avoid dryness. Great value for how long it lasts.

This raw African black soap has become an absolute staple in my home. I use it on both my face and body, and it has worked better than any commercial store-bought soap I’ve tried before. This is the only natural bar soap that gets rid of body odor. I’ve tried countless “natural” bar soaps only to be disappointed that I still stink when I get out of the shower. This actually works. My husband even uses it for his hair and is happy with it. I use it to shave. Great product. Definitely will be lifelong users of this product as there’s nothing else natural on the market that works. Also gentle enough to use on my little ones who are sensitive to harsh soaps. We do not use toxic products in our household. Many “kid safe products” I’ve tried only make my kids skin dry and itchy. Definitely do a patch test first but it’s been safe for our family to use. ☺️
