What can I say about this product, it took a couple days longer than I would have hoped. However, I’m able to print tons of copies on my special paper and it doesn’t run when it rains.

These cartridges are VERY expensive. They were left outside in the rain. I suggest you talk to whomever you have delivering and get this straight. It's absolutely ridiculous that these expensive items were left outside of a BUSINESS that is open and in the rain.
