Rice without the starch
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love palmini rice. I use it in place of real rice. It's not starchy low fat, carbs and cholesterol. I usually fry it in garlic with just a little bit of olive oil. Then use it in place of the real rice in my recipes (like stuff peppers)

Love me some Palmini Rice!!! Works fantastic!!!
This is the bomb!!!!! We LOVE our Palmini rice and use it weekly sometime several times per week. Great value for a specialty food item. Easy to use, just rinse and add to sauce and boom, perfect! Does have a slight smell at first but after adding sauce it is covered up. A little more dense than a normal noodle/rice but nothing that would make you say ew. The sauce blends into the rice unlike miracle noodles/rices which lets your food taste like what it's supposed to taste like. It is a nice choice or low carb and its gluten free which is nice, no stomach pains. Use this like you would for anything needing rice. Many uses. I've used it for tacos, burritos, butter chicken and so much more. Will continue to use these products.

Good sub for rice
I follow directions and submerge it in milk for 30 minutes before rinsing. Decreases the tanginess from the citric acid. I pan fry it to dry it up. Unlike cauliflower rice that has the funky scent and taste of cauliflower, this does not have a scent and has a little more chew after cooking.

Nothing but just heart of palm chopped in water, weird texture.

Let’s face it - it is not long grain rice, but it is a tasty alternative to those who have a low carb lifestyle. So many ways to cook and season it, look up their Shrimp Risotto recipe and then experiment from there. We like the texture better than cauliflower rice in many recipes.

Great low carb rice option
Our household eats low carb, but sometimes you want rice and this works perfectly. The consistency is a bit larger than a normal rice kernel and the consistency is a bit different. We love the flavor and the texture and eat it on a regular basis. This item is always in our house.

Great product !!! To all the people who are trying for the first time heart of palm rice, I’ll give you a very good tip. First put the rice in a bowl and add heavy whipped cream. Covered it and let it stand for 30 minutes. Then rinse it and dry it. The next step is frying it with oil or butter, with some garlic. And voila !!! You’ll love it. The heavy whipped cream will take all the heart of palm flavour. Frying it will give a more better texture and it will remind you of a fried rice. And it’s keto. I love it like this.
