All of the reviews reporting the noise level seem to somewhat exaggerated. Looking at it for what it is, this inexpensive pump is outstanding! is it whisper quiet, no. Is it a loud a a leaf blower in a kitchen, no. This is a low cost electric pump, so it's not going to be sound insulated and be good for use in a quiet environment. It is also not blender screaming in a small space. The noise can best be described as moderate IMO. You'll know it's on, but not so much it will hurt your ears or disturb anyone else, unless you are turning it on right next to them. If you have a small room or kitchen, close the door and this thing will most likely not be heard outside of the area. In terms of functionality, it works excellent! Fills pitchers and glasses quickly, has good flow, and is relatively easy to charge. Originally purchased this as a backup while our water cooler was in for repair. Now that we are not using it anymore, I think we like it better than our big cooler and will probably use this full time when the cooler finally breaks for good. Would definitely buy again.

the 600ml button came fully disabled, the charging port is so fragile and loose, the thing went in on the frist insert for charging. I had been buying the product for sometime now and it has been functioning well. But the quality of the product received this time was absolutely bad even the color of the product was not the same. Don't waste your money

good charge time broke down after only a couple month of use charging port also loose/wonky

Very good quality. Battery life is very long. You will not have to charge for weeks. My only complaint is that it makes loud noise. But again, this is probably the case with most of the water dispenser out there.

Love it.. but it seems water stop at approximately 2 litters, i tried to fill 2.25L but its stop nearly fill it so I assume it only continue pouring out untiltil 2 litters, but some how its for the safety, if you forgot to turn off.. nice build.. i like it..

Purchased two. One still works well, one’s power began gradually decreasing even when it was fully charged the chargin port seemed to have moved a little bit inside of the device but there is no way to open the device without breaking it. Horrible. Wouldn’t purchase again even with one still working.

I bought this item and after 1 week exactly it won’t charge again and not working. Bad product I don’t advice anyone to buy it and it is expensive

Good battery, strong output with a good angle, so you do not need to hold the bottle, works well.. just noisy compared to the one we had before.
