Barbary & Oak BO867007WHT Avena 16 Piece Dinnerware Set, Stoneware, Linen White

I really like this dinner set, everything is well sized. The plates fit in our dishwasher without a problem. I couldn’t find pasta bowls in the range but bought a similar colour from a different company. Unfortunately, they do leave slight scratch marks if using a knife on them.

Plates arrived on time and packaged really well, no damage to any of them. True to product image, they look great, they’re thick and have a really nice feel to them.

The set I got do have quite a few imperfections and glazing defects as many other reviews mentioned, but overall they're nice and I'm happy enough with the quality, you can't expect Denby level finishes when you're paying 1/4 the price Are these any better than a set you could pick up from somewhere like Asda? Hard to say They're not as hard to clean as I thought they might be with the right angle lip, if anything actually they're easier to hold when hand washing. Did have to get a new drying rack because the tall lip wouldn't fit in my old one. Not sure how well they would do in a diswasher.

Can't get anyone to tell me they can send me a replacement plate for the broken one . They want the whole set back !!! Box in bin . I wish the days were back when you just got another plate !!!! The set in beautiful just what I wanted . (Intact )

Loved the look of these so I bought 2 sets each costing over £65 each. They arrived and as I opened the box to check everything was in tact I noticed the the mugs had a design fault. Not just one mug but every single one of them. At the base line where there was the second colour it was thick and uneven and lumpy as though it was made by a child. It looked like the clay had not dried properly. Also as you held the mugs up some of the handles were placed slightly off centred (put on badly). For that price I expected a good quality product, the plates were ok but some of the bowls had fine scratch marks on them. By the state of the box it came in it was obvious it had been packaged up for quite sometime in storage warehouse, the sellotape was worn/rotten they were even packed upside down in the box. I was so disappointed and returned them all for a full refund. This should not have passed quality control, it was like getting the bargain bucket….. Not recommended!

Everything arrived in one piece, plates and bowls are a decent size and they feel sturdy. Haven't used the cups but they look alright.

Ich habe die Teller nun seit 01/24 un Gebrauch und sie haben schon starke Nutzungsspuren vom Besteck. Dies habe ich anders erwartet, da ich eigentlich „Ruhe“ haben wollte durch dieses Geschirr-nun muss ich viel früher als erwartet für Ersatz sorgen, da es schon sehr gebraucht aussieht…

Un service vraiment magnifique J'en suis fan

Das Geschirr sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Leider hat es kleiner Mängel wie Macken oder Verfärbungen. Würde es dennoch erneut kaufen.
