I felt a good healthy difference with in 4 days of taking them. After taking them when you first go pee it'll be bright yellow. It's okay it shows the B complex is working. Yes the pills are large and have a strong smell. But they are well worth it.

I think it's important to take a b vitamin everyday. If I don't take one then I feel lethargic after a couple days

It’s a lot of different B vitamins but does not really help with energy. But if you need be vitamins it’s good for that big shot of B vitamins you maybe missing in your diet the smell is a bit overwhelming but you can still get them down if you need to, despite their size.
