The problem? A manufacturer defect. The hook is not aligned perfectly with the base. You can see it in the picture and its more noticeable in person. You'd think you could turn it but it is SOLID. I tried, wrapping it in a towel and using an adjustable wrench and heaving but still no. Too much trouble to return so I hung it but common, quality control people. Update, I have to raise my star rating as I was given a full refund and the communication from the Seller company was excellent. Better than any others I think its safe to say. Thank you.
