Easy to install, fits great, lock works nicely, arrived promptly. Came with two keys and a simple manual. Good quality. You screw it to the wall to cover and protect a thermostat. Use a key to unlock the box and it opens with a hinge to give you thermostat access. Then close the box and lock it. Not much more to say, really.
