Awesome
At first I was hesitant to buy it after reading the negative comments about it. Nevertheless, as it ạ known brand, I proceeded in ordering. After I received and unpacked it, I was very satisfied and ít exceeded my expectations. It is just what I wanted. I like the multiple pockets and its convertibility from back pack to trolley bag and vice versa.

2 weeks of mild use & the front material is torn (+ wheels can’t be used!)
Not my first Samsonite backpack. My previous one last me about 5 years, and I bought this item hoping it’ll upgrade my short-term travel experience with the rolling wheels. However, not only can you not roll it behind you (because the straps are just too long and they get in the way of the wheels every single time!), but the front zipper as well as the fiber (or whatever it is) material got torn just after 12 days of very mild use (mostly on my back). I wouldn’t wish this product upon anyone, beware the bad (non-Samsonite) quality!!
